Machine Tools Use and Performance

4.The overall arrangement of cylindrical grinding machine is applied, and it uses the adamas parallel grinding wheel to peripheral grind the excircle of single-crystal stock;
5. The grinding grain direction of single-crystal silicon exciecle is perpendicular to axis, and is the same with machining direction of wire slicing machine, so the crack can’t appear during the slice progress;
6. The headstock and tailstock use four-paw clamps, the clamps have the characteristic of high accuracy and benefit operation;
7. The headstock and motor use stepless frequency conversion timing.
