This machine is a four-axis CNC ceterless grinding machine and suitable for the centerless grinding of cylindrical parts and annular parts. This machine has good rigidity, strong grinding capability. It can machine multi-step circle part easily if it used with the structure of the gantry type double machine hand.

  Machine structure characters and performance
  1.The overall arrangement of the machine adopts the method of the wheel frame’s single movement, the feeding guide adopts double V-type rolling steel guide(GCr15)), it can move sensitively, locate exactly, and with long service life.

2. The spindle of the abrasion wheel and guide wheel adopt the double bracket structure of precise rolling bearing, it is with big load capacity, good rigidness, high accuracy and stable revolve.

3.The feeding of the abrasion wheel and the alternate motion of the abrasion wheel can be driven by servo motor, and the step-type, arc-type can be finishing by two-axis.

4.Feeding structure can be driven by servo motor, so that the displacement, feeding and compensation of wheel frame.

5.The speed governing of the guide wheel adopts stepless frequency speed adjustment

6. The machine adopts SIMENS CNC system, after combined with loading material of gantry type, it is especially suitable for the one-time form grinding of multi-step parts. It is with high processing efficiency and good processing accuracy.
